A: Yes. We suggest you begin looking through magazines and find several make-up photos that you like. On your bridal trial, we will create a look based on what you like. I will help you create the look you are hoping to achieve, from vintage to modern to natural. I will also help you identify and accentuate your most flattering features to reveal your natural beauty and so you can be the most beautiful bride ever.

It's bullet proof!

Q: Why do I need a professional makeup artist vs. doing my makeup myself?

A: Here are a few reasons why you should consider a professional bridal wedding makeup artist for your wedding day.

  • You are unsure what colors to use and how best to apply make-up for the photography.

  • You want the makeup to last all day.

  • You would be too nervous on the morning of the wedding to apply your own makeup.

  • You want to be pampered on your wedding day.

  • You want your wedding pictures to look flawless and natural.

  • You have spent so much money on your dress, shoes, jewelry, reception hall. Why would you want to skimp on your face?

If any of these apply to you, then it's probably worth having a professional bridal makeup artist.

Q: I love your makeup style! When should I book an appointment with you?

A: We would love for you to book your wedding makeup services as soon as you have your date set. Most brides book 6 months out but we are more than happy to welcome any last minute inquiries!

Q: Do you come to me on my wedding day?

Yes, of course. Please inquire for specific travel fees.

Q: How do I book you?

A: To book me for your wedding day, I require a non-refundable $175 deposit and a signed contract. After that, you can book your pre-wedding trial at your leisure.

Q: When should I book my bridal trial?

A: The best time to book you pre-wedding trial is approximately one to 4 months before your wedding. All trials take place in your home.

Q: What is the bridal makeup process like?

A: 1) INITIAL CONSULTATION (OVER PHONE OR BY EMAIL):

I chat with you to find out more about you and the details of your wedding! We discuss your makeup needs, the date/time/location, and consider other services you may need such as wedding party and mother-of-bride makeup. I assess whether an assistant makeup artist will be needed.

2) CONTRACT REVIEW:

I draw up the contract then send it to you for review and signing. Once the contract is signed and a deposit is received, I hold your wedding date in my calendar. From here, we schedule the wedding makeup trial and discuss the logistics of your wedding timeline. I may refer you to a hair stylist and may ask to connect with your wedding planner at this time, should you have one.

3) BRIDAL MAKEUP TRIAL:

At the trial we'll discuss your makeup wishes, review inspirational pictures, and try out your look! You’ll have time to provide feedback and we can tweak the look as needed. False strip lashes are included. We will also review your skincare routine and I may make recommendations based on your needs. You will choose your wedding day lipstick color so that I may gift it to you on your wedding day!

PLEASE BRING:

  • Photos of the makeup look you desire & photos of you in your everyday makeup

  • Photos of your dress and venue, if possible

  • Come with a clean, makeup-less face

4) WEDDING DAY MAKEUP:

The big day! I will travel to where you'll be getting ready (travel fee may apply). My assistant if needed, may join should your group require additional makeup artists. Our goals will be to apply flawless makeup that will remain beautiful throughout the event, to ensure the day remains on schedule, and help the bride(s) feel relaxed and beautiful.
